Power Inverter

If you intend stay on sites that have no electric hook up – and there are some really excellent CLs and CSs about (depending which club you are in) which are fine for summer months – then an inverter is a useful bit of kit to convert 12v to 240v.
When buying one make sure the wattage is sufficient for your likely needs.
A straight forward job if you know how to do basic wiring.
ALWAYS ADD AN APPROPRIATE FUSE.
I located the inverter close to the habitation battery and plugged in an extension so the 240v was easily accessible when required.
