I’ve not had a good track history of setting up our portable satellite dish on site. My wife complains that the tv programme has just about ended by the time i have sorted things out.
So now while we have so much time at home is a good time to do some practice runs which was good idea. My first attempt took me my usual best part of an hour for a poor picture of Astra 28.2. I undid all the wiring connectors on the aerial wiring, cleaned them up and tried again – this time 20 mins.
The next day i loaded a better app on my phone and tried again setting up all the kit and got a good picture in 10 minutes. That i decided was a good result – just hoping i can do the same on site.
